When will the package be delivered?

Delivery time is between 5-7 working days, in case of fast delivery 3-5 days. If delivery takes longer than our estimated time frame, we will inform you.

How can I track my shipment?

As a customer, you have received an email entitled "Your package has just left our warehouse" containing your unique tracking number. To check the delivery status of your package, simply enter your order number at the LINK

How can I exchange products?

If the product does not suit you, you can easily return it and ask for a replacement.

The product exchange form can be found HERE.

The returned item must be undamaged, unworn and in its original and undamaged packaging with all hangers and tags attached. Otherwise, your claim will be rejected.

How can I claim the product?

If your item is damaged, you can request a replacement product.

The product is not the same as ordered. What can I do about it?

In case of a delivery error, please send us the following information by email:
Your order number that you received by mail after placing your order
A picture of the product(s) received showing that the product(s) do not match those on the order

You will receive a new product within 14 days. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

When will my refund be visible in my account?

Upon receipt and inspection of the package, the refund procedure will be initiated. This amount will be transferred within 5-14 working days.
