Product Exchanges
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can easily return or exchange a product if it does not suit you or if it is damaged.

For claims, you can also request a refund.

Other important information:

• You have 30 days from the receipt of the package to request an exchange or return.
• The returned item must be fixed in time 
• The item must be undamaged, unworn, and in its original and unaltered packaging with all attached tags and labels. Otherwise, your return request will be rejected.
• We currently do not offer free returns.
• The return and claim process takes 5–14 days after receiving the package.
